Pat had meetings all day. He made an excellent presentation in front of 60 some co-workers. It was fun. Then Pat had to sit throough meeting all day. Pat had fruit for breakfast, buffalo burger for lunch and filet for dinner and key lime pie for desert.
Lisa shopped this morning then went to the Betty Ford Alpine gardens and then shopped some more. For breakfast Lisa had eggs, hash browns and biscuit. For lunch she had turkey, brie and sliced apple grilled sandwich and fresh fruit. She had a chai latte snack in the afternoon. Not as good as Savannah though. For dinner she had salad, pizza and a large piece of tiramisu.
