Lisa found it. She thinks since Halle turned 3 today that she decided it was time to kill a squirrel. It was found lying on a fern. I think it just fell out of the squirrel nest in the tree directly above the fern. There were no puncture wounds in it. If she killed it, it probably looked something like this though.

Very sad! I can't imagine Halle attacking a squirrel, but I did see her pursue one on Saturday afternoon. Happy birthday Halle!
I think Halle needs to go on sedatives.
