Who needs ice cream when you can have cake. Kathy Hitt from church/Sunday School told Pat she was going to make him a "Get Well Cake" and she delivered this to him today, a triple-layer chocolate velvet cake with chocolate ganache topping. It tastes as good as it looks too.
