It feels like we're at the beach. Its humid, but there's a nice breeze most of the time. We had several inches of rain from tropical storm Manuel that just passed through.
Last night around 9PM I was sitting out on the porch with Halle, she was in my lap, and a bobcat walked past. It was spooky. I googled bobcats and Katy, TX and found this article. It may live in the wooded area out behind us.
We have unpacked about 75% of the stuff. We'll wait till painting is finished to unpack the rest.
This evening we went for a walk on the trails. These next few pictures are within a 1/4 mile of the house.
We had salmon, salad and sweet potatoes for dinner.
