4th of July 2010 at the CHAMPLINS!
The Scotts, Drew Champlins, Erin and Joanna came to Tuscaloosa for the 4th of July extravaganza. Catherine Scott brought her boyfriend Brooks along. We played games, watched TV, ran, ate etc. Erin Champlin won the cake cooking contest with her Chocolate sheet cake recipe, made in honor of Pat Champlin's upcoming 53rd birthday. For dinners and lunch we ate 5 lbs of hamburger, 24 ballpark franks and 7 lbs of pulled pork. For breakfasts, Aunt Mari made cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage, breakfast casserole, cantaloupe, french toast, apricot muffins and eggs. We mostly ate and slept.
