Midland Day 1
We arrived in Midland around 5PM. The small baby sitting behind us on the 2nd leg cried incessantly. Temps around 90, winds 10-12 mph. Almost like standing in front of a hair dryer. But blue skies and bright sunshine. We checked in the hotel and then went looking for some of the houses on our list. The first two were struck from the list of those to be seen. One of them had a concrete front yard. Looked like snow in the pictures. We ate dinner at Murray's Deli of Midland. Lisa said it was the best Reuben Sandwich she ever had. The chicken Caesar salad was loaded with flavorful grilled chicken. All for $13. The waitress had an infectious personality. We were discouraged about the houses we looked at, so after dinner we went and looked at another house in the Grassland Estates neighborhood. We haven't been in the house but we may have a winner. We meet the realtor in the morning. Lisa snapped this picture at the deli.
