Christmas comes early to Midland, TX.

The sunsets aren't as pretty now, but here was a pretty one.

We finally have some fall colors too.

Some people put lights on their houses for Halloween.  And leave them up till Christmas I guess.  Here are some of the lights.

More of the lights.  We were told they have to start putting the lights up early so the light hanging service can get them all up in time for Christmas.   And if you let them put them up early you get a discount.   I guess one of the fun things we'll do when Erin is here for Thanksgiving is go look at Christmas lights and drink eggnog.  This is not our house.  We are putting up multi colored lights and icicles.   And some grazing deer.  And a sled.
