The Wheat Belly Diet

So we started The Wheat Belly Diet today.  Lisa is leading this effort.  All I have to do is eat.  I think it is mainly no bread or sugar.  I just eat what she puts in front of me, just like before.

For lunch today we had chicken salad, some greens, tomatoes and strawberries.  And some tillamook cheese.  I was full most of the day.  I ran out of gas at the gym.  We will have to find some fuel to replace the previous fuel of choice, bagel with peanut butter.


For dinner we had slow grilled chicken breast, greens, guacamole and some cheese.  I also had a bowl of cherries afterward.  Lisa prepared some granola for breakfast.  No more shredded wheat.


We have been getting some rain lately.  Look at that grass!


Next week I start cross fit.

Try a protein shake 2 hours before you go to the gym... Zone style would be equal blocks of protein, fat and carb. Banana, chocolate protein powder and almond butter. Blend with almond milk or water and ice. Delish
