After a week on the Wheat Belly diet...

We have both lost a couple pounds.  And we haven't been hungry at all.  And the food tastes great.  

This was lunch one day this past week.  Chicken salad with mayo, greens, tomatoes, Greek olives, feta and boiled egg.  Those pretzels don't have any wheat in them.  Fresh strawberries too.


Dinner Sunday night.  Grilled pork chop, peppers, mushrooms and lady peas.  The lady peas are marginally allowed on the plate, not because of the bacon used to season them.


Breakfast this morning.  Bacon.  And eggs fried in bacon grease.
