There is not much to blog about these days, not much different from last year. We celebrated our 33rd anniversary yesterday. We had dinner at the Garlic Press. That is about the nicest place in town. Today we went to the movies and saw Hope Springs. It was ok but mostly depressing.
Last weekend we had our friend Sherry over for dinner. We had London Broil, mashed and cheesed up cauliflower, greens and bacon wrapper, cream cheese stuffed jalapenos. We are still faithfully following the Wheat Belly diet.

This ground squirrel has been feeding under the bird feeder lately. He lives underground, on the side of the house. Here he is checking to see if the coast is clear. Halle is aware of him. She cornered him under the grill one day.
Tonight we had pepperoni and vegetable pizza on an almond flour crust. Very filling. And good too.
