Habitat for Humanity 5K. There is Pat Champlin all alone in 5th place overall, finishing in 24:009. No training. 5th overall but 3rd in 50-59 age group.

Lunch today, grilled burger, with onions, greens.
Pat is down to 161 lbs, Lisa is looking good in her size 6 jeans.
