Lisa went shopping with Peggy for several hours. Pat helped John with packing. Gallup is a very depressing area. Parts of it look like a 3rd world country. So, we left around 3PM for the drive to Albuquerque. There was an accident along the way, so Pat snapped the picture above. Pat left his new fleece coat at the Engels. Upon arrival, we went straight to a greek restuarant in the trendy Knob Hill district. It is right next to the U of New Mexico campus. I think the name was Yanni's. Lisa had a greek sampler platter. Pat had greek salad with a large piece of grilled salmon on it. We decided to pass on desert, but they brought us each a small piece of baklava. We are staying at a Hilton Garden Inn that is right next to the airport. Saturday we will drive up to Sante fe and look around.
