Who's staying here? The Pope?

The Champlins returned to Tuscaloosa today. We stayed at a Hampton in Charlotte last night. The mirror in the bathroom had a TV in it. We took Erin and her roommate Kiley to Boudreaux's for dinner. It was one of the best cajun restaurants the Champlins had ever been too, although the Red Beans and Rice were no match for Pat Champlin's award winning recipe. Some folks just don't realize how good Red Beans can be. Or how to make crab cakes. When we got to Charlotte we went to Erin's work place, The Apple Store. It was packed. Charlotte is a nice town. We're going back in July to see the Dave Matthews Band. Woo hoo.
