Pat and Lisa both ran the Crude Run 5k this morning. It was a benefit for the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum. Lisa finished in 31:33, good for third place in her age group. Pat finished in 23:20, 4th place. Lisa was awarded a bronze drill bit to thundering applause as captured in the video below.
Lauren ran in the End of Watch 5K today. It is in memory of fallen police officers. She finished 3rd in her group and won a medal.
Earlier in the week the Pat's office hosted all the land managers from across North America. One afternoon we took them out for a Sporting Clay Shoot. It was a blast.
Erin continues to document her fitness program at Steele and Champ. She has some good looking recipes there too.
We are waiting for Drew to get with the program.
