The crawfish were cooked in these big pots.
That is Pat on the right talking to Brad from Mobile, AL. We got some roll tides in together. Brad works for Exxon.
These ladies are eating some crawfish. The one on the left is from Louisiana and knows how to do it. The blond lady is named Chantelle and she lives across the street from us. She had never eaten crawfish before but once she got started she didn't stop for awhile.
This is a Louisiana desert. Lisa made Tres Leches cake and thats what I ate.
It was hot but shady out there.
That guy in the gray Saints shirt is Brady and he cooked. He works for Exxon and is from Houma, Louisiana. Those other two guys work for Chevron.
Here the crawfish are spread on the table for eating. We didn't use plates.
