Crappie

We just worked in the yard and bought clothes this weekend. Pat got a tie and some shoes, Lisa got 2 skirts, 3 blouses 4 t-shirts etc., etc. We cooked Flat Iron steak on the grill Saturday night. Google that if you don't know what it is. For dinner on Sunday night, we cooked Crappie Almondine. It was delicious. I liked it better than the talapia, it was a more flaky fish. Erin and Jack came to eat with us. Erin gave Jack a haircut Saturday.
