Michaels Grill.

Micheal's Grill.  Who knew.  This place is near my office.  I drive by it all the time.  Char grilled has always sounded like good food to Pat.  Char grilled hamburgers, chicken and ribs.  Last week the local paper had a list of all the BBQ places in town.  I thought since Micheal's was on the list it must have some good BBQ.  Apparently it was just a list of all the BBQ places in Midland.  The restaurant looks gymnasium, inside and out.  There are some booths and lots of metal picnic tables.  There is an airplane theme going on in this place.  When your food is ready they call your name and tell you what gate you can pick your food up at.  There is a hamburger bar so you can dress your own burger.  Midland's largest salad bar is on another wall.   Pat ordered the two meat BBQ plate.  Sliced beef and sausage.  It was not good.  How can char grilled sliced beef and sausage not be good.  Lisa had a Jr burger and tots.  Who can mess up a burger.  The tots were great.  They were light and fluffy and delicately crisp.  We left without dessert.  Don't worry.  We won't take you there.
