We had lunch at Louie's Corner Cafe. Lisa had a cup of spinach, lemon and kuinoa soup and the Georgie Boy sandwich. Pat had the Big Kahuna Salad. Very tasty and satisfying. After lunch we walked around the plaza and sat sipping cool drinks, watching people. After a nap, we went to dinner at the Galisteo Bistro. Lisa had crab cake salad, Pat had the Roberto Ribeye. For desert, Lisa had a meringue with whipped cream, blackberry sauce and toasted almonds. Pat had the Mud Puddle, a layered coffee ice cream, chocolate crumbs, mocha chocolate mousse, whipped cream and toasted almonds.
