Exercising, landscaping and chocolate cake

Last night we participated in an exercise class at the gym we joined.  It was called "insanity".  We were the oldest and only white people in the class.  

We worked on the backyard bed today.  The dead yaupon (yo-pon) holly was jerked out of the ground and replaced with a Zuni Crape Myrtle.  We added a Trailing Lantana and some Orange Becky Rudbeckia.  The dirt gave little resistance to the post hole digger.  This is the before picture.

There is a chain of Mexican fast food joints called Rosa's Cafe.  They have several locations around Midland.  One is close to our house.  Most of Midland is close to our house.  Anyway, they have a drive-up window so we went and got a piece of chocolate cake and brought it back to the house.  Those lumps in the frosting are pecans.  It has two layers.  It was delicious.
