The drive back from Santa Fe took 6 hours. The trip was well worth the drive. Last night we went back to Ten Thousand Waves. First we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, then Lisa had a facial and Pat had a massage. The tub was nice but we had to share it with this other couple.
The spa is on a mountain which looks back southwest over Santa Fe. Further southwest there was a fire burning in the Jemez Mountains. We could see the flames of the fire, which were probably 50 miles away. I did not have my camera. This is a picture of the fire I got off the internet.
