The summer of love continues
So last night we went to 10000 waves and soaked in this hot tub and then had this treatment . Three hours of bliss. Very uncrowded. The only problem we had was finding our way to our car in the dark parking lot afterwards. When we woke up this morning we had another fabulous breakfast. After we checked out we rode out Canyon Road. Canyon Road is the second largest art district in the US. We did not buy any art. Leaving Santa Fe, we took the High Road to Taos and saw some nice mountain scenery and Pat did not get us lost. We found our Casita Romantica a half mile down a dirt road. Nice place to spend a week. After we got settled in we had dinner at the Old Blinking Light. Lisa had a Caesar salad garnished with some grilled bacon wrapped shrimp. Pat had Habenero Pepper Pesto Encrusted Halibut Fajitas. We topped it off with the Mexican Chocolate cake with a scoop of Taos Cow caramel Ice Cream. Unbelievable food. After dinner we drove out to the Rio Grande Gorge and watched the sun set. Not the prettiest sunset. We also watched a rain shower go through Taos.
