I started my job in Midland 90 days ago. Today is the first time we have seen rain during daylight out here. It did rain one night around 130AM. This time we could see it, Halle was barking at the thunder. But we didn't mind. We just went from window to window to see what it looked like. First thunder, then the dust blew in and heavy rain followed.
Here it is first blowing up.
Note the brownish tint of the water coming off the roof. That is the dust that has accumulated up there washing off.
It was really coming down.
We got a wrong number call tonight. I couldn't understand what they were saying because they were speaking spanish.
